As part of our ongoing work within the AIwareness project, we conducted a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of our recent workshop. The results highlight a very positive participant experience, while also providing valuable insights for future improvements.

High Satisfaction with Workshop Materials

One of the strongest outcomes of the survey was the high level of satisfaction with the workshop materials.

Participants rated the clarity of the materials at an average of 4.75 out of 5, with 75% giving a perfect score. This indicates that the content was easy to understand and well-structured.

In addition, 100% of respondents confirmed that the materials were relevant to the workshop topics and objectives. This demonstrates that the content successfully aligned with participants’ expectations and learning needs.

Strong Communication with Room for Enhancement

Communication during the workshop was also rated highly, with an average score of 4.5 out of 5. Half of the participants rated it as excellent, while the other half rated it very good.

While these results are encouraging, participants also provided clear and actionable suggestions for improvement. The main recommendations included:

• Adding more visual elements, such as images
• Including short video clips to make content more dynamic
• Providing written materials in English to support understanding

These suggestions highlight the importance of combining strong content with engaging and accessible delivery methods.

Valuable and New Learning Outcomes

Respondents emphasized that they gained:

• New information and practical tips
• Awareness of tools to protect themselves from online threats

In particular, participants appreciated learning about new digital tools for online safety, showing that the workshop met its goal of enhancing digital literacy and awareness.

Moving Forward

Overall, the feedback confirms that the workshop was effective, relevant, and impactful. At the same time, it provides a clear direction for improvement—especially in making the learning experience more interactive and visually engaging.

We will integrate these insights into the next phase of our work, ensuring that future workshops are not only informative, but also more dynamic, inclusive, and accessible.
